You can check your order status at any time by logging into your dashboard and visiting the “My Orders” section. Each order will display one of the following statuses:
- Under review by the Marketplace: The order is being reviewed internally.
- Under review by the Buyer: Action or confirmation is required from you.
- Waiting for Content: Content has not yet been provided.
- Marketplace rejected: The order was rejected by the marketplace team.
- Waiting for Publisher: The order is pending review by the publisher.
- Publisher rejected: The publisher declined the order.
- Publisher working on it: The publisher has accepted the order and is preparing the placement.
- Waiting for Buyer: Additional input or clarification is required from you.
- Completed: The order has been successfully published.
