My newly created account is locked and I can’t access all features – why?

Newly created accounts have certain features locked by default. To unlock full access, you must place your first order or make a deposit on the platform.

We can unlock your account for up to 3 days for evaluation purposes. To keep the account fully active after that period, you must place your first order.
